I was able to run the SeaTools for Windows and did the Short Drive Self Test. Do not directly touch any part with the tool, just direct the airflow. Second step - disable all start up service and programs and check one by one for anything that causes the error to repeat. I could not boot from the hard drive ever again after I started that memory diagnostic the first time!
