Rebooting brought back Plugin-Container and FlashPlayerPlugin. You can do that very easily by downloading a data mining application and allowing it to collect information about your system. Also, MAC is a Linux distro which has the same problems as WIN 7. It is weird that playing a video specifically prevents the freeze when doing things like leaving a game or browser running does not.
