If so, it may just be that explorer.exe is not starting properly for some reason. A lot of booting problems I've seen are RAM related. Also, are you sure your disks are bootable? I do believe that "Hard Drive" and "Disc" are the same thing, have you tried taking out the "Hard Drive" and putting it into another computer?
