i have been having this problem for a while now it started when i went onto add and remove items and deleted something i wasnt supposed to. If you have taken the heatsink and fan assembly off of the CPU you should always clean the mating surfaces of the heatsink and the CPU heat spreader and reapply fresh go for an option of repairing no installing a fresh copy. definitely not virus coz when I reconnect it to my old processor, windows booted up fine.
