Is your computer a laptop or a desktop??What brand and model is it?What is the message it gives with the pressing F1 request? Please make sure it is the same version of Windows that is currently installed on your computer (ex. If you have your xp CD you can do a repair installation, but if you feel afraid to do this, let a real professional fix it. After the reboot the installation should continue.

But if you actually read the screen, it gives you an option to continue using an existing installation, select that and windows starts installing normally using the gui. BTW, apparently if you get UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME with the code STOP 0x000000ED (0xC0000032...) MS says "the error is that the file system is damaged." Which is bad news. Get one working computer remove the harddrive and use your harddrive on it.. it repaired windows (to my knowledge) since it said it was finished and put on a count down to restart. I also tried to install windows 2000, cause the computer had worked fine with that system, but i had the same problems: it kept rebooting. it asks for a SISAGP.SYS file to be installed on Silicon Integrated Systems Installation disk.
