In the end it was a bad moterboard. I remove the ram and startup still same results no beep of any kind. You could try uninstalling any new programs that you recently installed, uninstall a driver that was recently updated, or create a new user account if the account is corrupt. A SATA cable that has become loose can also be the culprit.
