I KNOW it's in the right place inside, but my computer won't detect it. My son started kindergarten and doesn't like writing his name. For the moment Windows 10 drivers are not the same as Windows 7 and 8 drivers.

As you have updated the BIOS ( which was not required though in MHO), load the BIOS defaults. use hp online chat (its free) and ask if thats the correct bios. You may need to go to the Windows Control Panel, open the "Display" module and "Detect" your monitors and it should work. The answer is Microsoft developers are idiots.
