Just open up msconfig the same way as above, and then on the Boot tab you'll uncheck the "Safe boot" checkbox. I typically just spam f5 until i get the menu, then from there (iirc) f8 will open the advanced options menu. This is terrible advice to be giving out to peple who may not know that much about computers. I don't know if my system is 32 or 64 bit.
