If the heat is not being properly transferred from the CPU to the heat sink, it can overheat almost immediately. At the very least, you could take the RAM chips out and reseat them, sometimes they may not be fully seated or their contacts may be dirty.Last but not least, try Plug in the power cord and turn the computer on to see if the issue is resolved. If you can't keep your hand there it's clearly about the 90-110 C and it's overheating.
