We tried to replace the monitor with a brand new one, but still, it blinks. It requires manufacturers to provide owners and independent repair shops with access to repair information and replacement parts—so you have the resources you need to fix things quickly and affordably. All other cards should be removed, all drives should be disconnected (power & ribbon cables), no mouse, no USB devices. This is only a troubleshooting method to see if another power supply resolves the issue.Caution!If you don't know what to do, or are afraid, then don't do this.
