Pressing the power button has no affect. Motherboard Has Power But Wont Turn On BTW the board is an Asus M2N MX SE. After I play with the power switch for awhile it comes on with the fans full speed and power still to the cd drive but it can't be opened. Just because your computer's fans and lights are working does not mean that the power supply is functioning properly.
