Computer Gradual Lag


I can be doing homework on my computer or gaming, and this lag will come out of nowhere, creating a crash. If you multitask a lot, you'll probably even notice a difference upgrading from 2GB to 4GB. I have an I5 2500k 32GB ram/512GB ssd/GTX 870 4GB ram video card. Thank you.
